The course in English will be available if a minimum of 6 students sign up for a group. If less than 6 students sign up for a group, the course will be available in Polish with the possibility of individual support in English.

Learning outcomes: Student after completing the course is ready to solve the problems of design and build technological roads (in industry, on construction site, in the forest, etc.) which can also be fire roads and evacuation roads. Except that student receives knowledge of the technical design: crossroads, squares, parking spaces, roads for oversize vehicles, in the range of situation planes, longitudinal profiles, cross sections, and construction material. A graduate is able to solve problems in the area of the latest building technologies and materials used for building and repair of technological roads.

Competences: After completing the course, students have the opportunity of employment in road enterprises, road administration and design offices.

Prerequisites: Mathematics, Building Materials, Soil Mechanics (basic).

Course content: Industrial roads, construction site roads, agriculture roads and forest roads. Exempt that access roads and the internal support roads. Technical indicators of vehicles. Determining the technical parameters in the design of technological roads. Technical conditions for road design. Fire roads and evacuation roads, crossroads, squares, parking spaces, roads for oversize vehicles, roads for container vehicles. The specificity of the roads in open pit mines. The specificity of permanent and temporary roads in underground mines. Temporary roads. Unpaved roads. Principles of designing non-public roads. Concrete pavements of technological roads. Technology of building.
