Learning outcomes: The student gains theoretical knowledge from the range of public finances occupations in the peculiarity relating to incomes and public expenses, tax system and deficit and public debt.

Competences: The positive credit of the course makes possible analysing of present economic phenomena with the help of the most important notions and analytic tools from the range of the theory of public finances.

Prerequisites: Economics

Course content: The range of the object hugs: functions and the system of public finances, the principles of husbanding of public finances, sources and the kinds of public incomes and public expenses, tax system, deficit and public debt, the state budget and the unite of territorial government budget.

Assessment methods: The lecture - the application of thematic contents, written exam - test past 5 semester, the minimum supply of knowledge to the examination - 60%. The credit of the examination influences the credit of the object in 100%.
