Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Student knows the types of intellectual property protection on the basis of national and international law, knows the material and personal range of intellectual property rights and the use and protection system in the event of infringement of intellectual property, is aware of the possibility of human mental and physical work environment, know the factors affecting the inconvenience of work and how to shape them for reducing the burden of work. Skills: Student uses legal instruments civil law and criminal law, for the protection of intellectual property rights, shall contract for the use and disposal of intellectual property law, can complement the documentation necessary to disclose the creation of intellectual property rights; able to classify intellectual property rights, is able to determine measures aimed at improving working conditions; able to identify ways to reduce fatigue while working.
Competences: Personal and social competences (attitudes and behaviors): Student is aware of the importance of the role of intellectual property rights in the legal system; shows understanding for the need to protect intellectual property rights, understands the importance of ergonomics conceptual and correction in the social context, may take part in the planning of tasks aimed at establishing the conditions and working environment in a manner which maintains health worker.

Course content: Course contents: The concept of intellectual property rights. Elements of tangible property law. Subjective and objective scope of intellectual property rights. The use of intellectual property rights. Transfer of intellectual property rights. Exhaustion of intellectual property rights. Infringement of intellectual property rights. The role and tasks of the conceptual and corrective ergonomics. Factors influencing the inconvenient working conditions. Working at a computer. Fatigue and its effects. General requirements for safety and health at work. Developing safety and ergonomic principles in the human environment.

Assessment methods: pass the lecture on the basis of two written tests.
