Learning outcomes: Knowledge: Student: W1 – knows and understands some notions and principles of agrarian law; knows procedures of harmonization of the Polish agrarian and food law to the UE law [BH1_W05]; W2 - knows and understands fundamental notions and principles of Copyright Law and Industrial Property Law [BH1_W20]. Skills: U01 – Student is able to interpret and use agrarian law and intellectual property law [BH1_U13].

Competences: K01 – student is able to complete and improve the acquired knowledge [BH1_K01].

Prerequisites:

Course content: Law sources, law system, law regulations and law norms, law subjects, legal forms of land holding, land unification, harmonization of the Polish agrarian law and food law to the EU law, national insurance of farmers, notion of intellectual property, contents and subjects of copyright law, copyright personal rights and property rights, the notion of plagiarism, free use of protected works, protection in the industrial property rights, plant and animal varieties.
