Learning outcomes: The aim of the course is to define various forms of tourist activities.

Competences: After completing the course student should understand the various forms, regulations and cognitive values related to organised tourism.

Prerequisites: Knowledge of geography and history of Poland

Course content: Special reference to active forms of tourism which require certified qualifications and use of specialised equipment; up-to-date legal regulations concerning organised tourism in Poland (travel offices, tourist boards and organisations, etc.) and cognitive asects of tourism in such areas as geography, nature, history, culture are discussed.
